RULE:

74-5.001	Purpose and Applicability; Definitions (Transferred)
74-5.003	Identity Management (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

To implement the provisions of Section 282.0051(2), F.S., to establish information technology architecture standards to provide for the most efficient use of the state’s information technology resources and to ensure compatibility and alignment with the needs of state agencies.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking adopts new rules related to information technology identity, authentication, and interoperability of information technology resources.
