Overview



	The Florida Department of Management Services, Division of Telecommunications announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, May 23, 2017 8:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Hilton Daytona Beach Ocean Walk Village 100 N. Atlantic Ave Daytona Beach, FL 32118

Subject:	The Region 9, Regional Planning Committee (RPC) for the State of Florida will hold its annual meetings and are open to all interested parties. All 700/800 MHz public safety licensees in Florida are encouraged to attend. The Region 9, 700MHz meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. and the Region 9, 800MHz meeting will start immediately after the 700 MHz meeting.


	A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: The final agenda will be provided at the meetings, and will consist of general agenda items, review of officers and any open positions, by-laws and amendments to the regional plans, FCC and NRPC updates, and a general status report from the State of Florida
