RULE:

23-23.011

Revocation of Conditional Release

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to create a procedure for out-of-state conditional releasees who want to waive a violation hearing.  The effect will allow out-of-state conditional releasees to waive a violation hearing, if approved by the Commission.

SUMMARY:

An addition of provisions permitting an out-of-state conditional releasee to waive his violation hearing.
