PLACE:	West Florida Regional Planning Council large conference room, 4081 E. Olive Rd., Ste. A, Pensacola, Fla.

Subject:	General business of the Bay Area Resource Council (BARC). The BARC Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) will meet immediately before at 1 p.m. in the same location.
