Procedures on Early Juvenile Expunction

PURPOSE:

Subsection 11C-7.010, F.A.C..: Creates a new application that allows a juvenile to apply for an early expunction of juvenile arrest events to meet the statutory requirements recently set forth in s. 943.0515, F.S.

SUMMARY:

The rule creates a new application that allows juveniles to apply for an early expunction of a juvenile arrest.
