PURPOSE:

The purpose the amendment to Rule 59G-4.020, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Ambulatory Surgical Center Services Coverage Policy, __________.

SUMMARY:

The incorporated coverage policy will specify recipient eligibility, provider requirements, service coverage, and reimbursement information.
