65C-35.001

Definitions

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend the definition of Children’s Legal Services in Rule 65C-35.001, F.A.C., Definitions.

SUMMARY:

Children's Legal Services will be defined as “Department of Children and Families attorneys and attorneys from a contracted entity dedicated to representing the Department in Chapter 39 proceedings.”
