RULE:

68A-13.003

Hunting Regulations for Ducks, Geese, and Coots

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to establish regulations for taking ducks, geese, and coots to conform with federal regulations.  The effect of the proposed rule amendment would be to decrease the bag limit for pintails from two to one, and to increase the bag limit for black ducks from one to two.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment updates the hunting regulations pertaining to ducks, geese, and coots.
