Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	June 19, 2017, at 1:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Marriott Courtyard Residence Inn Miami West/FL Turnpike, 11580 NW 105 Street, Miami, Florida 33178.

Subject:	To obtain public comments on the draft injection well permit for Countyline 2 LLC, who applied on March 1, 2017, for a permit to construct an injection well (File No. 0351735-001-UC/1I, WACS 103281). The project is located at Countyline Corporate Park, 15400 Northwest 97th Avenue, Hialeah, Florida 33018, and will consist of one injection well to a total depth of 3,500 feet below land surface. The injection well will be used for the disposal of extraction water from a closed construction and debris landfill. During the public comment period provided in Rule 62-528.315, F.A.C., any interested person may submit written comments on the draft permit. All comments shall be considered in making the final decision and shall be answered as provided in Rule 62-528.330, F.A.C.
