	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Four announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Alternatives Public Workshop Thursday, June 29, 2017, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek, 555 NW 62 Street, Grand Cypress Ballroom, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309

Subject:	Financial Project ID Number: 435808-1-22-02 Efficient Transportation Decision Making (ETDM) Number: 14222 Project Description: Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study, SR 9/I-95 from South of SR 870/Commercial Boulevard to North of Cypress Creek Road, Broward County, Florida A PD&E Study is FDOT’s process to evaluate the social, economic, and environmental impacts associated with a planned transportation improvement project. The purpose of this meeting is to give interested persons an opportunity to comment and provide input on the transportation improvement alternatives the Department has developed at this point in the study. The workshop will be conducted as an informal open house. Notices are being sent to all property owners and tenants located within at least 300 feet on either side of the proposed alignment and to other public officials, regulatory agencies, organizations, and individuals interested in the project. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by FDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and FDOT. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status.
