Building Permit Surcharge Collection and Remittance

PURPOSE:

To amend Rule 61-40.003(2), F.A.C, to clarify remittance of the assessed surcharge fees pursuant to Section 553.721, F.S., are to be submitted electronically through the Building Code Information System website.
