	The Bureau of Economic Self-Sufficiency announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: DEO is seeking to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the proposed use and distribution of funds to be provided through the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) for the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2018, as required to develop the FFY 2018 CSBG Model State Plan, which will be submitted to the United States Department of Health and Human Services as required to receive CSBG funds. GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: DEO is seeking to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the proposed use and distribution of funds to be provided through the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2018, as required to develop the FFY 2018 LIHEAP Model State Plan, which will be submitted to the United States Department of Health and Human Services as required to receive LIHEAP funds.
