RULE:

64B9-4.010

Standards for Protocols (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rule is being repealed because it was promulgated through the Joint Committee formerly described in Section 464.003(2), which language was deleted in Laws of Florida 2016-224, s. 11.  The corresponding language in Chapter 458 was deleted in HB 543.  Section 464.412(3), as amended by HB 543 sets forth sufficient standards for protocols.
