Overview



	The The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Seven announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, July 18, 2017, 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Subject:	This virtual public hearing is conducted to afford affected property and business owners, interested persons and organizations the opportunity to provide comments to FDOT regarding the proposed median change to Fletcher Avenue (SR 579/CR 582A) between Florida Avenue (US Business 41) and Nebraska Avenue (US 41), FPN: 436481-1, Hillsborough County. The existing full median at Summit Avenue will be modified, and a concrete separator constructed. Motorists traveling south on Summit Avenue will no longer be able to turn left and travel east on Fletcher Avenue. Motorists traveling west on Fletcher Avenue will no longer be able to turn left at that location to access properties on the south side of Fletcher Avenue. This VPH is held pursuant to Chapters 120, 335.18, and 335.199, Florida Statutes. FDOT, District Seven, will receive verbal and written comments online and at the VPH viewing location. Written comments not received at the hearing can be emailed to: craig.fox@dot.state.fl.us or mailed to: Craig Fox, EI, Project Manager, FDOT, District Seven, 11201 N. McKinley Drive, MS 7-600, Tampa, FL 33612. All comments must be emailed or postmarked by July 28, 2017 to become part of the official VPH record. Participation via webinar is also considered part of the official VPH record.
