PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development is to revise the required data collecting and reporting methods, including forms in Chapter 62-716, F. A. C.

SUBJECT:

The subject matter to be addressed in this rule making is the data collection and reporting methods in Chapter 62-716 F.A.C.
