	The AGENCY FOR HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 11, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Agency for Health Care Administration, 2727 Mahan Drive, Building 3, Tallahassee, Florida 32308-5407

Subject:	The Agency for Health Care Administration is requesting an amendment to the Medicaid State Plan for the Long-term Care Reimbursement Plan. The amendment updates buy-back provisions as authorized in the General Appropriation’s Act for State Fiscal Year 2017-2018, makes changes to correspond to the statutory updates in 409.908, F.S., and makes technical and editorial changes. The effective date for this amendment will be July 1, 2017.
