Overview

RULE:

5J-26.001

Military Fee Waiver

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule is to update the incorporated department form for honorably discharged veterans or their spouses to complete when requesting a registration fee waiver.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule updates FDACS-10991, Military Veteran Fee Waiver Request, to include providers of substance abuse marketing services in compliance with s. 18, ch. 2017-173, Laws of Florida.
