Requirements for Approval of Training Courses for Laser and Light-Based Hair Removal or Reduction

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to set forth criteria for instructors of laser and light-based hair removal courses.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment requires instructors of laser and light-based hair removal courses to have two years of post-certification experience.
