RULE:

65C-30.016

New Children in Families under Supervision

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend Rule 65C-30.016, F.A.C, New Children in Families under Supervision, to require the new child safety assessment to be filed with the court.

SUMMARY:

The assessment to determine the safety of the new child in the home shall be required to be filed with the court.
