	The American Guaranty Fund Group announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

PLACE:	Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport Hotel, Orlando, FL.

Subject:	The AGFG board will meet to discuss the general business of the organization. The agenda will include, but not limited to; Financial Report, Management Agreement, Operations Report and Executive Directors Evaluation.
