To amend 61B-23.0027, and 61B-23.0028, F.A.C. in order to bring current with amendments made to Chapter 718, F.S.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking updates and amends 61B-23.0027, and 61B-23.0028, F.A.C. in order to address amendments made to Chapter 718, F.S.
