	The FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 30, 2017 – 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Subject:	1. A review of market rate developments. 2. A review of affordable housing developments. 3. A review of land use for affordable housing developments. 4. A review of building codes for affordable housing developments. 5. A review of the State’s implementation of the low income housing tax credit. 6. A review of private and public sector development and construction industries. 7. A review of the rental market for assisted rental housing. 8. The development of strategies and pathways for low-income housing. 9. Such other matters as may be included on the Agenda for the October 30, 2017, Affordable Housing Workgroup Meeting.
