Mandatory Standardized Informed Consent for Medical Marijuana

SPECIFIC REASONS FOR FINDING AN IMMEDIATE DANGER TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY OR WELFARE:

Not required pursuant to 2017 Florida Laws 232 Section 14.(1) .

REASON FOR CONCLUDING THAT THE PROCEDURE IS FAIR UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES:

SUMMARY:

The proposed emergency rule incorporates the mandatory informed consent form which must be utilized by qualified physicians who certify patients for medical marijuana.
