RULE:

65C-30.001

Definitions

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend the definitions of “Permanency” and “Household Member” in Rule 65C-30.001, F.A.C, Definitions.

SUMMARY:

The definition of “permanency” will reference s. 39.621, F.S.  The type of adult visitors included in the definition of “household member” will be modified.
