Selection of Community Transportation Coordinator

PURPOSE:

The Commission proposes the development of a rule amendment to delete the reference to Section 216.349, F.S. that is currently in Rule 41-2.010(4)(c), F.A.C. and to update the language regarding selection of community transportation coordinator.
