Demonstrating Compliance; Audits; Investigations

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to delete unnecessary language and add new language to clarify procedures for demonstrating licensee’s compliance with continuing education requirements.

SUMMARY:

Compliance with continuing education requirements for licensure renewal.
