Form of Consent Agreements

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 12-16.003, F.A.C., is to adopt, by reference, administrative updates that clarify signature requirements for the Consent to Extend the Time to Issue an Assessment or File a Claim for Refund, form DR-872.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendments modify form DR-872 to specify persons that are authorized to sign the form.
