RULE:

5J-22.006	Weighing and Measuring Device Permits
5J-22.007	Guidelines for Imposing Administrative Penalties

PURPOSE:

This rule development will amend an incorporated form to comply with a recent statutory change and update a form reference.  It will also amend the penalty sections to correct an error and adjust the assessment of a Tier I Major Violation for consistency with other bureau programs.

SUBJECT:

Updated FDACS-03560, Weighing and Measuring Device Permit Application, form reference and penalty sections.
