Requirements for Use of Imported Products

PURPOSE:

Repeals rule requiring mandatory additive testing by USDA on imported citrus juices and requirement of a signed statement by the importing processor declaring the imported juice meets Florida fruit maturity standards making the currently mandatory USDA testing a voluntary process.
