PURPOSE:

The purposed and effect of this Notice is to repeal Rules 60V-3.002, 60V-3.003, and 60V-3.004 F.A.C., which are unnecessary to implement the laws implemented.

SUMMARY:

The repeal of Rules 60V-3.002, 60V-3.003, and 60V-3.004 F.A.C.
