RULE:

60W-2.002	Statements of Policy (Repealed)
60W-2.003	Service Credit for the Special FRS Benefit (Repealed)
60W-2.004	Credit for Previous Service (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purposed and effect of this Notice is to repeal Rules 60W-2.002, 60W-2.003, and 60W-2.004 F.A.C., which is unnecessary to implement the law implemented.

SUMMARY:

The repeal of Rules 60W-2.002, 60W-2.003, and 60W-2.004 F.A.C.
