65C-16.021

Adoption Benefits for Qualifying Employees of State Agencies and Other Eligible Applicants

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend form CF-FSP 5327 which is incorporated by reference into 65C-16.021, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The amendment clarifies that the applicant must be a qualifying employee when the adoption is finalized.
