Public Records and Availability of Forms: Procedures for Inspecting and Copying Public Records and for Obtaining Department Forms; Fees (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this notice is to repeal an unnecessary rule. The Department’s process is sufficiently described in statute and case law. Therefore, Rule 69E-121.007, F.A.C., should be repealed.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule will repeal Rule 69E-121.007, F.A.C., because the rule is not necessary.
