PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is to remove language pertaining to the Department’s regulation of insurers and any unnecessary or duplicative language related to churning requirements addressed in Rule Chapter 69O-151, F.A.C.

The subject area of this rulemaking is churning requirements for licensed insurance agents.
