65C-16.014

Post Adoption Services

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend 65C-16.014, Post Adoption Services, to require the type and the estimated amount of medical assistance requested to be documented prior to adoption finalization.

SUMMARY:

The amendment will require the type and the estimated cost of medical assistance to be documented on the signed initial Adoption Assistance Agreement prior to adoption finalization.
