	The Florida Department of Transportation announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, December 7, 2017, 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., EST

PLACE:	Florida Army National Guard Armory, 2049 Pat Thomas Parkway, Quincy, Florida 32351

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to attend a public hearing concerning State Road (S.R.) 269 (Quincy Loop North) Project Development and Environment Study from S.R. 12 to S.R. 267 in Gadsden County. The hearing will begin as an open house at 5:30 p.m. A formal presentation will take place at 6 p.m., followed by a public comment period. This hearing is being held to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and social, economic and environmental effects of the project. Draft project documents and other information depicting the proposed improvements will be available for public review at the hearing. Representatives from FDOT will be available to explain proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments. Financial Project Identification Number: 218946-6-32-01. Draft project documents are available for public review from November 15, 2017, until December 21, 2017, at the Gadsden County Public Library, 732 Pat Thomas Parkway, Quincy, Florida, during library hours, Monday - Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday - Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and at the FDOT District 3 Office, 1074 Highway 90, Chipley, Florida, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been carried out by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016 and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
