Toll Facilities Description and Toll Rate Schedule

PURPOSE:

Rule 14-15.0081 to incorporate the toll rate schedule effective October 29, 2017.

SUMMARY:

The rule adjusts tolls in accordance with s. 338.165(3), F.S. based on the consumer price index.  The rule provides the five year adjustment of cash tolls in accordance with s. 338.165(3), F.S. and Rule 14-51.0081(2)(f)(3, F.A.C.
