Overview



	The Walton/Okaloosa/Santa Rosa Regional Utility Authority Board announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2017, at 2 p.m.

PLACE:	Okaloosa County Administration Building, 1250 Eglin Parkway, Shalimar, Fla.

Subject:	The RUA Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) will meet at 1:30 p.m. before the RUA Board. In addition to general business, the board will consider: Resolution 2017-02 amending Resolution 2017-01 adopted on May 2, 2017 to correct a scrivener’s error which did not include water revenues as a source of repayment. Resolution 2017-03 authorizing the RUA to submit SRF Clean Water Loan application for Project # 17043 on behalf of DWU as sponsoring agency and designating authorized representatives. Action to quit claim properties removed as collateral for the SRF loans in First Amendments to Interlocal Agreement and Ground Lease between RUA and DWU.
