23-21.002

Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment is to update the definition of "prior criminal record" used in current operations and in salient factor score calculations.  The effect will be to simplify and make related rules easier to understand.

SUMMARY:

An update to the language used to ensure the rule is consistent with agency practice.
