Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, December 14, 2017, PD&E Public Hearing open house from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, formal presentation at 6:00 pm, followed by a public comment period.

PLACE:	Ariana Beach Clubhouse, 321 Ramsgate Road, Auburndale, Florida 33823. In the event that the hearing cannot be held on Thursday, December 14, 2017 due to severe weather or other unforeseen conditions, it will be held on the alternate date of Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at the same time and place.

Subject:	This Public Hearing is being held to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, social, economic and environmental effects of the proposed Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study for a new interchange at Polk Parkway (SR 570) and Braddock Road, and associated roadway improvements, in Polk County (Financial Project ID Number: 438018-1).
