	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Five announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, January 18, 2018, at 5:30 p.m., formal presentation at 6 p.m.

PLACE:	Community Baptist Church, 956 S. Old Dixie Highway, Bunnell, Florida 32110

Subject:	Financial Management No. 441210-1-32-01 Project Description: Roundabout at State Road (S.R.) 5/U.S. 1 at Old Dixie Highway, Flagler County, Florida The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites all persons to a public hearing regarding the proposed design of a roundabout at the intersection of U.S. 1 and Old Dixie Highway. The purpose of the project is to improve safety and mobility at the intersection. No additional right of way will be required. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status. Persons wishing to express their concerns relative to FDOT compliance with Title VI may do so by contacting Jennifer Smith, FDOT District Five Title VI Coordinator at jennifer.smith2@dot.state.fl.us. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pursuant to 23 U.S.C. §327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
