5B-57.013

Industrial Hemp Pilot Project

PURPOSE:

Section 1004.4473, Florida Statutes, directs the Department to adopt rules for the certification and registration of sites used for growth or cultivation of industrial hemp pilot projects by eligible Florida universities.  This rulemaking will adopt those requirements.
