Overview



	The Board of Directors of the Florida Public Archaeology Network (FPAN), University of West Florida, will hold a conference call meeting announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, April 10, 2006. 1:30 p.m. CST – will last approximately one hour.

PLACE:	The public is welcome to listen to the meeting and may join the conference call by dialing from any telephone. The phone number needed to join the conference call may be obtained by contacting Cheryl Phelps, FPAN: (850)595-0050; Fax (850)595-0052; Email cphelps@uwf.edu.

Subject:	The purpose of the meeting is to appoint at large members of the Board of Directors.


	A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: www.flpublicarchaeology.org. This includes a list of the core Directors and the Memorandum of Agreement for the FPAN detailing the composition of the Board of Directors (See section VI part A on page 4). An agenda for this meeting will be posted on this Web site at least seven days in advance of the meeting and can also be obtained by contacting the FPAN as detailed below.
