	The City of Lighthouse Point announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	February 13, 2018, 6:30 p.m. or later

PLACE:	Fletcher Hall, 2200 NE 38th Street, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064

Subject:	Proposed ordinance governing a telecommunications company placing or maintaining telecommunications facilities in its roads or rights-of-way. The proposed ordinance amends the City of Lighthouse Point Code of Ordinance provisions regulating communication facilities to expressly address current industry practices with respect to installation of certain wireless service facilities in the public rights-of-way. A copy of the proposed ordinance can be obtained by calling the City Clerk’s Office at (954) 784-3431, or by visiting City Hall during regular business hours.
