Traumatic Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury Waiver Services Fee Schedule (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Rule 59G-13.131, Traumatic Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury Waiver Services Fee Schedule, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), is being repealed. The waiver necessitating this rule is ending, rendering this rule moot.

SUMMARY:

This rule incorporates by reference the Florida Medicaid Traumatic Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Waiver Services Fee Schedule, October 2013.
