Project AIDS Care Waiver Services (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Rule 59G-13.110, Project AIDS Care Waiver Services, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), is being repealed. The waiver necessitating this rule is ending, rendering this rule moot.

SUMMARY:

This rule establishes provider requirements for Project AIDS Care Waiver Services.
