Sliding Fee Scale

PURPOSE:

To adopt the current Health and Human Services Poverty Guidelines for the 48 Contiguous States and the District of Columbia (Poverty Guidelines) and to delete incorrect references to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) contained in the rule.

SUBJECT:

Sliding fee scale for services offered by county health departments for persons with net family incomes between 101 and 200 percent of the poverty guidelines.
