Overview

RULE:

5B-54.004	Unwanted Races of Honeybees (Repealed)
5B-54.005	Regulated Articles (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To outline regulatory expectations regarding unwanted races of honeybees and the movement of regulated articles.  These rules were part of the original package, but have since been consolidated into the rule text moving forward.

SUMMARY:

Based on a comment from JAPC, these rules must be repealed separately.
