	The Department of Management Services announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday February 14, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. EST

PLACE:	4075 Esplanade Way, Conference Room 180, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0950

Subject:	In accordance with section 120.525, Florida Statutes, the Pre-Reply Conference is hereby noticed within the timeline for the Invitation to Negotiate No. 15-85171500-D, Interment and Associated Services for Remains from the Arthur G. Dozier School for Boys. The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to the timeline and specifically to the meeting notice listed above. The Department will post notice of any changes or additional meetings within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not re-advertise notice in the Florida Administrative Register (FAR).
