	The Florida Public Service Commission its Internal Affairs Meeting announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 18, 2006, Immediately following the Commission Conference which commences at 9:30 a.m. in Commission Hearing Room 148.

PLACE:	The Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Conference Room 140, Tallahassee, Florida.

Subject:	To discuss and make decisions on matters which affect the operation of the Commission. THIS MEETING IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.
